Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CyberNet Albania's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

CyberNet Albania provides IT infrastructure, server administration, backup solutions, cloud services, security, and technical support services. All services are subject to our service level agreements (SLAs) and applicable terms specified in individual service contracts.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Service Level Agreements

Our standard SLA guarantees 99.9% uptime for managed services. Specific SLA terms, including response times and credits for service interruptions, are detailed in individual service contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

CyberNet Albania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violation of these terms or non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of our services agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Use services only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
